The cricket match is almost here and we hope you can make it. Remember if the weather is inclement the day still goes ahead.

As usual the match will be held at Little Baddow CC, the event starting at 2pm. We hope to see you to help us enjoy the day and raise funds for Little Havens.

Tickets are now available for this year's Cricket Match Raffle. Top prizes are an iPhone 6 and a HP Laptop. Tickets are 1 each.

Great Wakering Ladies FC who are sponsored by Friends of Katie raised 401 at their end of season charity football match.

This incredible amount was raised by players paying to play and a raffle at the end of the match which ended 6-6! Thanks to all those who took part.

Katie's Dad was able to tell Southend United fans about Katie and Little Havens at the 1st Southend United Quiz.

The event, held in Chalkwell, was attended by over 120 Southend United anoraks and raised over 2,000 for Havens Hospices. Katie's Dad's team finished 5th out of 16.

Well we all knew it would be memorable but Storm Katie that battered the southern half of Britain on Easter Sunday and Monday was a big'n!

Winds of up to 70 mph hit the southern coast along with heavy rain. Travel was disrupted and Scotland was also affected. Katie would have loved the attention and notoriety.

We have been advised officially, following Christmas donations, that we have now raised precisely 98,148.50 for Little Havens in Katie's memory.
